Reporting Methods
Use one of three types of media to report your unclaimed property to Arkansas. Details about each are included in the holder report booklet, page 3.
Diskette Reporting System
Arkansas prefers diskette reporting for unclaimed property reports containing less than 3,000 accounts.
CD or DVD Reporting
This media works best for holders who already have a system for maintaining the unclaimed accounts on a mainframe computer. Arkansas has adopted the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators (NAUPA) format for reporting property.
Reporting Manually
Use this method only if you report fewer than 100 accounts each year.
MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ARE WAITING TO BE CLAIMED!
If your name is on this list, State Auditor Jim Wood may have money waiting for you. The names on this list have been reported to the Auditor of State Unclaimed Property Division as persons who may be entitled to abandoned or unclaimed property.
Each year millions of dollars in unclaimed property - uncashed checks, bank accounts, utility deposits, and stock certificates - are turned over to the State by companies who cannot locate the owners. Some of this money could be yours!
Information concerning the amount of money and the name and address of the holder of the account may be obtained by persons possessing an interest in the account. If your name appears on this list , please download a claim form
